Baby Joelle’s Heart Surgery

Baby Joelle Anna Rose is my granddaughter; she is the second daughter of Gilead and Hannah Rose, she was born at 2:22 am on September 10th, 2018 via emergency cesarean section.
During an earlier ultrasound it was discovered that this precious baby girl has a serious heart defect called D-TGA, (Dextro-Transposition of the Great Arteries) This means that the two main arteries ( Aorta and Pulmonary ) of Joelle's heart are in the wrong position, and cannot transport oxygenated blood to her brain and vital organs once she is out of the womb . Joelle will require a catheter procedure on her heart moments after birth, then full open heart surgery within her first week of life .
Even with her Daddy’s job and great medical coverage, there will be many large financial expenses that will to behave covered “out of pocket “.
This fundraiser is set up to help make this difficult journey just a little bit easier for them.
