Baby Jayme needs our support

I want to thank you so much for even clicking on this page to learn more about my nephew, Jayme.

Over a week ago my sister, Amylynn, dropped my happy nephew, Jayme, & his big sister, Natalynn, off at the sitters just like any other day.

A few hours later she got a call that every parent prays they will never get from the babysitter.

She was told he had been fussy all day & then began convulsing. They called 911.

He was seizing continuously when the paramedics arrived so they immediately put him in the ambulance & rushed him to the hospital.

My sister & BIL were horrified, confused & panicking as they rushed to the hospital too! What happened to their baby boy who was perfectly happy & content just a few hours earlier when they dropped him off?!

At the hospital the amazing doctors and nurses worked hard to stabilize him while simultaneously running tests to see why this baby who has never had a seizure before all of a sudden is having them continuously.

What they found is every parents worst nightmare.

Baby Jayme had a broken clavicle, severe head trauma that resulted in brain bleeding & bruising as well as multiple bruises all over his tiny little body.

My sister dropped off a healthy, happy baby at the sitters & had to go to the hospital where she couldn't even pick him up.

By the time she was able to see her innocent, defenseless baby boy, he was lying unresponsive in a hospital bed. He was in an induced coma, intubated and had tubes, wires and IV's everywhere.

This is truly every parents worst nightmare.

Baby Jayme has been in the hospital for over a week now fighting for his life. His parents haven't left his side once .... even when I offered to take them to dinner to get a bite to eat and an hour's break.

They refuse to leave their son.

My sister & brother in law are the first to offer help to anyone who needs it. They'd give the shirts off their backs if it helped comfort someone else.

They never ask for anything & I doubt they'd even consider making a go fund me... but they deserve it.

Many people have reached out to me asking to create this - a few have even asked if they could create one for them and surprise them with it.

This just goes to show humanity isn't nonexistent. The world is filled with chaos, but people still care for each other and want to help one another...even if it's a complete stranger who's just a baby lying in a hospital bed.

At this point, my sis & BIL don't know about this. I'm not sure they would like it ....but they deserve it. Baby Jayme deserves it.

This fundraiser is solely for baby Jayme & his needs. (My BIL & sis wouldn't accept help for themselves but they would never deny the love & support for Jayme.)

All of the money raised will go directly to my sis & BIL to help care for and provide anything baby Jayme needs as he recovers and/or a college fund for baby Jayme.
