Baby Ian's Heart Surgery

Ian Fossatti is eight months old, born to Panamanian parents Ana and Beto Fossatti. He was born with a heart defect; instead of four chambers, he only has one. The operation has been posponed several times over the past few weeks and has now been relocated to Bogota, Colombia. The cost will be 25,000 US dollars for the surgery. This price is overwhelming for Ian's parents, and they are searching for help in any way possible that can save their baby boy.
Ana and Beto cannot create their own GoFundMe page in Panama, so this account is in my name (Raquel Hazelrigg). All funds raised will be directly transferred to Ana and Beto's account.

UPDATE 6/13/17: The Fossatti family has just received news that the president of Panama will be donating 25,000 USD to pay for Ian's surgery! Because of this, the goal here on GoFundMe has been changed to $5,000 - the cost of Ian's additional medical needs. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped so far. Many, many thanks!
