Hi my name is Nancy Nielsen-Armstrong. Derek Martin is my nephew and he and his family need your help. Baby Gunnar was born needing heart surgery. They transported him to Boston Children’s Hospital. Derek and Kayla will be losing work and will have increased expenses of having to stay in Boston, as well as accruing medical bills.
