Baby Chandlers spina bifida physical therapy

 
When Chandlers Mom was 3 months pregnant, her unborn son was diagnosed with spina bifida. After receiving care from Winnie Palmer She felt at ease and prepared for what was to come. Baby Chandler was born on August 9, 2018 full of life and joy. Chandler continues to receive care at the Spina Bifida Clinic at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer. The active 1-year-old is working to strengthen his legs and ankles to encourage crawling and eventually walking.   At this point in his medical journey its time to begin extensive physical therapy as well as occupational therapy and whatever else the team of Drs deem necessary.   The copays as you can imagine add up very quickly with 4 to 5 therapy sessions EVERY WEEK.  on top of the co-pays there are costs incurred for leg braces as well.  We here at Team Chandler want his parents to be able to focus on nurturing and loving him  through these important beginning stages of his therapy.
