Baby Cat needs some repairs!

Baby Cat is my outside feral cat turned absolute love of my life. She means the world to me and I look forward to seeing her every day when she greets me at the door or in the driveway.  It took a long time for her to feel comfortable with me but now she’s my best buddy. 

I found her today, laying in her favorite spot, abroken down trailer she squats.  I knew something was wrong because she didn’t hop up to say hi. She laid there looking frail and hurt. 

Cut to the emergency vet and it was determined that she had a hernia caused by some sort of attack in which she was thrashed about. I can’t imagine how scared she was. It breaks my heart.  I’m getting her the help she needs but it comes at a steep price. She will need surgery tomorrow morning to repair the hernia and to check for any other internal injuries.

As most of you know, my other cat Shirley has had her fair share of health scares recently and cost me an arm and a leg and another leg!I jokingly refer to my credit card as the Shirley card. I’m tapped out right now and with the holidays coming it’s just a  super tough time for such an unexpected cost. 

I appreciate any amount you can spare to help Baby Cat get back on her feet. She is officially becoming an indoor only cat once she’s back home!
