The most unimaginable, heart breaking thing to ever happen to me and my family. My sister Leanne and partner Danny lost their 8 week old baby boy Jakey in his sleep on the 24th of October.
We are reaching out to our friends, family and anyone in the wider community to help us give Jakey the most special and memorable send off that he and his brothers, sister and family deserve.
We are a very strong family and will be doing our abolsute best to provide for Leanne and the kids as much as we can. I want to make the next few months as easy for her as possible. Any help will be much appreciated
