Baby Bennett Douglas Simons

On August 28th our beautiful nephew Bennett Douglas Simons was born at 24 weeks weight 1 lb 11oz and 13 inches long.  My beautiful sister in law Anna had spent several weeks on bed rest and had been admitted to the hospital for steroid shots and to keep this baby growing as long as possible.  They were told they had to make it to 24 weeks for the baby to be viable. Well like all the simons boys little Bennett hit his goal of 24 weeks and was too stubborn to wait.  He was ready to come meet his sweet parents.  Michael and Anna lost their sweet baby Calvin in January of 2017. He was a still born at 22 weeks. They have spent so long trying to recover financially and emotionally from that experience only to deal with pre term labor with Bennett as well.  This family is so amazing and strong and they need your help.  Anna is a school
teacher and having to be on bed rest she has not been able to work and they have had to pay their insurance premiums in fill out of their own pocket.  Her salary is their main income, without it and the medical bills piling up, they are feeling the stress.  Bennett is doing well but he is looking at a very long journey and will most likely be in the nicu until December.  We are asking for any help you can give to support this sweet family. Whether it’s $5 or a share, the financial burden is heavy and they could use all the help that anyone can give!! Let’s surround them with love and support in this challenging but exciting time.
