Baby Ava Rowan Allen

Ava Rowan Allen was born at 29 weeks 1 day by emergency C section, after I contracted a serious infection Chorioamnionitis which was life threatening for us both.
Sadly Ava, after a strong fight didn't survive the infection and passed away 6 hours after she was born.
Ava's funeral will take place on Wednesday 20th December, with a small service for just immediate family.
Instead of flowers if anyone would like to make a donation we would like to help Leighton Hospital in providing memory boxes & cuddle cots for other parents who's babies don't survive.
Because of the cuddle cot we got to spend 24 hours with Ava and a chance to make small memories of pictures, foot and hand prints and dressing her. Its heartbreaking that all we'll ever have are these memories to take home and not our baby Ava, but its important that other parents also get the chance to do this.
