Baby Andres' heart surgery in USA

Andres Dominguez Dobrotka is a Uruguayan 4 month old baby who was born with a complex heart defect. He has a transposition of the main arteries (his aorta and pulmonary artery are switched around) and his ventricles have multiple connections.
Andres needs life saving heart surgery in 2 months, this surgery is not possible in Uruguay; only in Boston, USA.
The surgery will cost U$S 230,000 not including airfares and accommodation. The family and friends of Andres in Uruguay are in the process of arduously raising funds to hopefully meet the budget in time for Andres' surgery.
