<div>This fundraiser is set up on behalf of a fantastic group of hard working and committed students with a keen interest in LEGO, Robots and STEM.

<div>Over the past 6 years, Bathgate Academy has competed in the First Lego League challenge as part of the STEM Club. In this competition, pupils work together to explore a given topic and design, build and program an autonomous LEGO robot to solve a series of missions. This has allowed them to develop their team working and problem solving skills, as well as develop their confidence. We have been incredibly successful over the years at both the regional and national competitions.

<div>As the years have gone on, funding entry into the competition has become more challenging. As a result, the STEM club would be extremely grateful if you could help them fundraise entry into the competition.

<li>Stem club is also a very social club. We have been doing it for years and don’t want to stop now!

<li>We are from an area where there isn’t much funding available for extra activities/clubs so funding for our club would mean students have access to the same opportunities as others.
