Sam needs a handicapped van!

Hi, my patient and best bud Sam is 11yrs old and wheelchair bound with a progressive and life threatening illness called Spinal Muscular Atrophy. He is growing out of his van now and his family cannot afford a new one at this time. He would love to be able to go places and have fun especially during the summer but also for the future to be able to make it to doctors appointments and other important events. He is getting very depressed thinking he will be stuck in the house most of the time. It's hard to see such a normally cheerful kid so sad. This will lift his spirits and improve his overall health.
