Due to this years pandemic I haven't healed correctly from last years injury! For me this isn't an excuse anymore as others will perhaps never heal at all. So with my pal we are going to do the tatton 10k, it will be the first time I've ran properly so anything can happen! To be mentally strong you can get through anything!! So I'm asking my friends, family, and the powers of Facebook and Instagram to give a couple of quid that might be spare from not going the pub/restaurant/holiday or a fancy outing that you may of be used to going.
It will all going to the charity MIND
