Emergency Trip

My father in law Narciso Alvarez is 73 years old and went missing after hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico. The area where he went for safety was hit with the eye of the storm.  Until yesterday no one had been able to come out or go into that area. This morning. The locals were able to open a path to access the area but they are asking for help from relatives to show up to help with the cleanup and finding of any missing people.  I'm leaving to Puerto Rico on Friday morning to try and find him. Please, any help is greatly appreciated it.  Than you.
