Please Help Me Save My Little Lana

First of all, thank you for looking at my page.  This is my Little Lana...she's about 11 weeks old now.  My little buddy since she was born on April 24th.  From the beginning I knew she was a special little one.  The only kitten in the litter, a singleton birth the vet called it.  Her mother didn't produce any milk, so she was hand fed from birth, first from an eye dropper, then a bottle.  Lana (and her teddy bear) came with me everywhere I went, including work, so that I could feed her every few hours.  I absolutely loved having her with me all the time!  Then it came time to wean her.  Sometimes this comes naturally to kittens, other times, not so much.  I thought she was just finicky or spoiled from the bottle feedings, but a recent visit to the vet showed otherwise.  Lana has a "vascular ring anomaly," more specifically a persistent right aortic arch (PRAA), and needs a complex, and very expensive surgery.  
According to the specialists we saw last week:
"With a PRAA the aortic arch develops on the right side of the esophagus instead of the left, and the esophagus becomes trapped between the aorta, pulmonary artery and the ligamentous arteriosus (which connects the aorta and pulmonary artery. The ligamentous arteriosus constricts the esophagus. A constricted esophagus usually allows passage of fluid but not solid food. With this condition, a lateral thoracotomy (approached is between the ribs on the left side) is performed and the constricting band is ligated and divided."
Lana, being so small and fragile, is a high risk and complex surgery, causing the bill to be sky high.  I was quoted up to $4200, if all goes perfectly.  Sadly, I just don't have the money to cover this. 
If surgery is not performed, she will eventually aspirate, and be lost to pneumonia.  To be honest, it's incredibly hard to look at her and not know if I'm going to be able to save her.  I'm helpless and it's awful and that's why I'm asking for help.  My friends and family have been wonderful, and I'm not asking anyone to feel obligated to donate, but please PLEASE share with your Facebook friends or anyone who may be able to help.  Every little bit is a step closer.
