Help Mel Fight Cancer

Mel Dovidio has been diagnosed with Lymphatic cancer. We do not know what stage yet, but we know it is spreading.

Although Mel wants to be here, seeing all of her regulars that come to see her every week, she's sadly unable. Treatment starts soon, and Mel is struggling with her health and finances. Bills are already piling up as she hasn't been able to work in over a month. We're looking to help Mel with her medical bills and her day-to-day living expenses.

Mel is a loving mom, grandmom, wife, and wonderful friend. She is the bright smiling face you have been seeing and the vibrant, joyous laugh you've been hearing behind the bar for the last 15 years. She is the LAST person who would ask for help! Please help us in helping her family get through this long journey by easing some of the financial burdens. The road to recovery will be long, and there is no current timetable on how much work she will miss.
