Nathan has been an avid league player since he was 7. He has played for several club and representative teams and now at age 22, plays for East Maitland Griffins All Age team.
On Sunday 25th June, Nathan sustained a significant spinal cord injury known as a "spinal contusion". He no longer has any feeling and movement in his right leg and has no sensation in his left leg.
Rehabilitation will be a long, hard journey which does not guarantee that he will ever fully recover.
The funds raised will help continue Nathan's rehabilitation and give us the ability to provide him with any ongoing supports he may need in the future.
This is such a difficult time for him, his family and friends dear to him. At 22 he has so much life to live and enjoy to the fullest.
Please help us provide Nathan with all that he needs to assist him on his journey to recovery.
