Anna's Medical Fund

On Tuesday, October 10th, our mother had a seizure on her way home from the grocery store. She was taken to CHI St. Luke by Michael and while there she had another seizure. She was lifeflighted to Houston that night and spent several days in the hospital, 5 of which were in ICU. She has gradually transitioned to a rehab facility where we hope she will be discharged  on October 26th.

Due to the recent Hurricane her already minimial income was almost depleted, consequently
she could not afford to continue paying for her insurance and was hoping to make it through to November when she would qaulify for Medicare.

She is diabetic, has high blood pressure and epilepsy, her loss in insurance and income made it impossible for her to afford her medications. As a result her blood sugar and blood pressure rose to extreme levels and caused her seizures.

Our family is anticipating extremely high medical bills and would be eternally grateful for any contribution you can make.
