Operation Deputy Ochoa

Pursuing a complete career change in your 40's takes alot of courage, family support, personal dedication and, unfortunately, lots of money. My husband has had a lifelong dream of becoming a police officer. We all know that this is his calling and he will have an amazing career in law enforcement. He never had the opportunity to pursue this dream, so together, we have decided it's now or never.
For those who don't know, he began working for the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office 1 year ago as a Detention Officer in the jail. This was a strategic move on his part to move closer to his goal. It has not been easy for us financially as we have had to make many sacrifices but we support the leader of our family and have watched him train hard and expand his knowledge and experience. All that said, Roger/Rocky successfully completed his Physical Abilities Test last week and is now scheduled to start The Academy at Wharton County Junior College on August 21st!!! Hooray and Yikes!! While we are suuuper proud of him we were also overwhelmed at the costs involved and how quickly most of this money is due. We have 4 children and because of the big pay cut my husband took to work at the jail, we simply do not have the funds he needs. We are asking anyone who feels it in their heart to please help our family. Below are the majority of the costs involved...
