Thank you all for the support and prayers. This acct has been created to help Cory and his family while  he is recovering from surgery and for the next round of surgery /recovery. He always gives for everyone else and now I'm asking for help to releave his stress during his difficult road ahead. Cory is self employeed in remodels, additions, etc so no short term or long term disability. He is the sole provider for his family. He is 35. He suffered a heart attack while vacationing in Destin for 4th of July. He ended up being rushed by ambulance to Sacred Heart Hospital where he would end up having two surgeries due to blockages within a matter of 12 hrs. He has another surgery ahead for his heart has another blockage on the left. Because of the severity of Cory's blockages he has to have surgery in 2-4 weeks. . Cory has a wife of 12 years, Amanda, pictured are his 4 kids -Kelsey (18 years old) , Austin (17 years old) , Caden (9 years old) , Avery Rhys (7 years old). Cory is very active in the community, Volunteering his time with the youth football program. He is surrounded by many people who love him and are praying for him. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts. 

Please consider making a donation to the family to help with the expenses that they will incur. No amount is too small.  Medical bills will be astronomical. It will be a substantial bill between the first two surgeries.  But this will be minor as recovery care and missing time from work will be a huge burden on this loving and caring family. For those of you that know Cory he is always the first to help anyone no matter what inconvenience it may be to him. Please consider showing him the love and support like he has shown to others.
