Connor's School Trip to Spain

I'm going to Spain with my school for 8 days during February vacation. I want to go because I hope to learn about the Spanish culture. The biggest reason I want to learn about Spanish Culture is I've been taking Spanish since first grade and I have a lot of experience with the language but not the culture. Going to Spain let's me learn about the culture in the country. In the classroom you can only read about the bull fights, but in Spain you can see where they happen. In the classroom you can only see pictures of the old architecture but in Spain you see it with your own eyes and feel it with your own hands.

      Another reason I want to go to Spain is I can use my Spanish language skills. Talking to merchants when I buy souvenirs is one chance to use what I have learned. I am most excited to talk Spanish when ordering food. I'm a picky eater so I hope Spain shows me a whole new selection of foods. Hopefully, I will find something to eat other than grapes and pastries.
