Janie Schneider Expense Fund

To our friends and family:

By now most of you have heard about Janie’s recent diagnosis of Stage 4 cancer. It started in her lungs and has metastasized to her lymph nodes, kidneys and brain. She is not a candidate for treatment due to her frail state. She will be going home with hospice care within the next couple of days.

As you can imagine, we’re all reeling from this news and feel totally helpless, but the outpouring of love and support from everyone has been overwhelming and incredibly encouraging. Each and every person, without exception, has asked what they can do to help. The immediate need is for prayers – prayers for God’s grace, salvation, healing and peace in this situation.

Another area of need is financial. Jerome has taken off work for an undetermined period of time. The loss of income on top of the extra medical expenses is going to result in an additional burden on the family. It would be a blessing for them if we could help eliminate this added stress.

Janie, Jerome, Mandy, Erik, Kali and the entire family sends heartfelt gratitude and thanks to all of you for your support and encouragement.
