House Fire Loss Precious Pet

On Wednesday June 28th 69 year old retired Kim Verstrepen smelled something burning then heard a pop. She looked outside and in the front yard was a small fire. She ran outside with her little Yorkie Pheobe. The neighbour also saw the fire and came running over. They both tried to put out the fire with a garden hose. Pheobe started to bark so Kim put her in the house to be safe.  As they tried to put the fire out the wind came up and caught the front of the  house on fire. The garden hose was futile and the flames engulfed the house. There was no way to reach Pheobe through the front door. The neighbour and Kim ran to the back of the house but the back door was locked. They grabbed an axe and tried to frantically chop the door down but weren't able to. Kim watched as the fire consumed the house with all her belongs and her sole compainion little 3 pound Phoebe. Kim has lost everything.  Besides losing Phoebe she didn't even make it out with one belonging except the clothes she had on.
