Rare Ewing's Sarcoma Cancer

Hi, my name is Lisa Holloway, I am a 40 yr old young women that was recently diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Ewing's Sarcoma in April. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy, and then either radiation, surgery or both. Then another round of chemotherapy.  This by no means was something I thought we would be facing when I was sent to the hospital at the beginning of April when I was told my left lung was completely full of fluid.  After 2 wks inpatient the pathologists and doctors finally diagnosed me.  We were in complete shock to find out I had such a rare form of cancer it's 1 in 3 million a 40 yr old women would have this.  

 I am married to my wonderful husband for 20 yrs this December. We have an amazing 10 yr old son who is the light of our life.  It has been extremely difficult being on disability and keeping up with our bills.  Not only do I have cancer ,but I have had another chronic abdominal condition since I was 13 yrs old, IBS, and chronic neck and back pains.  My son has 8 anaphylactic food allergies, asthma and eczema. Our grocery bill is very expensive,  and now we have also added on more prescription and medical copays.  Our mortgage payment was recently increased and I am constantly fighting to pay utilities along with the ever increasing cost of living.

 I wouldn't normally do something like this but i/we feel desperate.  I am trying to be strong, positive and fight this everyday.  I take strength from my amazing family that is by my side everyday and from friends that are praying for me.  Without them I couldn't get thru this long battle I have ahead of me.  Thank you so much, if you can't afford to donate just knowing someone even one person read my story and maybe  it helped them help someone else in need is a blessing.  God Bless and Thank You.
