Fundraising for a Superhero

Drayce Michael Sorensen is an 18 month old toddler that is on hospice and will be removed from his life support very soon. His mother has made the difficult decision to let him be at peace. He was born on January 5th, 2013! He spent six months in the NICU at St. John's Children's Hospital where he was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, mid face hypoplasia, dysmorphic features, feeding problems, and tracheal and bronchial malasia, which resulted in him receiving tracheostomy tube for breathing and a feeding tube to receive nutrition. He is missing his temporal and frontal lobes of his brain and has severe developmental delay. He has been hospitalized most of his life. He started seeing doctors at St. Louis Children's Hospital and he was put on a ventilator in October 2013. He has put up such a great fight but recently had two strokes and was in status epilectusus, which is a constant seizure, for about a week. Drayce was very badly effected by the strokes and is even more delayed now. Natalya Sorensen, his mother, has been faces with the toughest decision of her life; letting her baby go. But she knows he will be the happiest angel in Heaven and has made the right choice. She is a single mother that has been by his side through every single step of his heroic journey! She often refers to him as "superman" because his strength is undeniable. She is wanting to make sure he receives the ceremony he deserves and the headstone that he deserves! Please help this mother out with anything you can! It will be so greatly appreciated! Thank you!
