Help Mike fix his teeth for his birthday!

This is really embarrassing, but my teeth are in desperate need of care. It has cost me job opportunities and been the source of a lot of shame and embarrassment; I havent even been able to let myself smile in ages (not to mention the pain I am constantly in). Dental work is expensive, but it must be done. I turn 40 in a few days and I would like to start this next phase of my life by being able to shed this embarrassment and be able to smile again. Anything you can help with would really be appriciated. I wish all of you a happy 2021.
