Help for the Phillips Family!

They say when it rains, it pours!  This is very true for the Phillips Family who recently went through some major hardships.

Last week the family had major flooding to the house they are renting losing close to $3,000 in belongings, not to mention all the priceless personal items lost (pictures, etc). This is now the 3rd time the house has flooded since they have been living there.  The landlord finally decided to tear down the walls to repair some of the damage and in addition to the flood damage, they found there has been mold growing within the walls for several years now!  At this point, it will take several weeks to fix and the house is unlivable.  They need to find a new place to live meaning they will need to come up with a deposit, first month's rent and a deposit for their family dog.

To make matters worse, Amanda recently received a letter from her insurance stating that she had been dropped leaving her with zero coverage.  She is currently being treated for a serious medical condition that requires her to have her blood checked weekly and be on blood thinners preventing blood clots in her lungs.  Paying for these things out of pocket will prove to be extremely expensive.

As if this wasn't enough already, both of their vehicles have serious issues and need several hundreds of dollars worth of work done.
