Patricia needs our help!

Our friend Patricia Champion is facing some very serious challenges and is in immediate need of the support from her friends.  Recently Patricia was diagnosed with a Pituatary Macro Adenoma.  This tumor leaves Patricia at risk for blindness, paraylsis, and bleeding.  These risks are not the usual remote risk normally associated with surgery; because of the location and size of the tumor these are very real risks.  Her neurosurgeon has told Patricia she needs this surgery within the next three weeks or her risks rise even higher.

Patricia is a very private person and has not shared this news with many people.  She wanted to put off the surgery until later in year because her PTO bank is very low, and her family's finances are very stressed.  I asked Patrica to allow me to ask her friends to help her financially, allowing her to focus on her health and getting the surgery ASAP.  She has swallowed her pride and set aside her privacy allowing this page to be created.

I'm asking all who know and love Patricia to donate to her.  Our intial goal is to make up for the pay checks she will miss while she is hospitalized and during her recovery.  This is expected to last at least a month.
