<div>Hallo, mein Name ist Cecilia Reis de Oliveira und ich sammele Spenden für die Betroffenen der schweren Stürme in Portugal. Ich lebe nun seit über 30 Jahren in Deutschland- geboren und aufgewachsen bin ich jedoch in Leiria, Portugal.

<div>Sturm „Kristin“ - ein Hurrikan der Stufe 3 - traf am 28.01. mit Winden von fast 200 km/h auf die Küste von „Praia da Vieira“ und hinterließ eine Spur der Verwüstung auf seinem Weg durch das Land in Richtung Spanien. Der schwere Sturm selbst, die noch darauffolgenden Stürme und Unwetter und der starke, andauernde Regen haben meine Heimat, den gesamten Distrikt Leiria, in einen katastrophalen Zustand versetzt. Der Boden kann kein Wasser mehr aufnehmen, ganze Stockwerke und gesamte Städte stehen meterhoch unter Wasser, Deiche brechen, Autobahnen stürzen ein, Erdrutsche reissen tiefe Löcher. Menschen mussten aus ihren Häusern evakuiert werden, noch mehr haben längst kein Zuhause mehr.

<div>Nach über 2 Wochen haben viele Ortschaften noch immer kein fließend Wasser, keinen Strom, kein Netz. Manche Dörfer sind noch von der Außenwelt abgeschottet.

<div>Ich möchte für die „kleinen Leute vom Dorf“ spenden sammeln, da vor allem diese die Unterstützung am nötigsten haben. Durch die Zerstörung und das Leid werden sich weitere Schicksalsschläge einreihen: Infrastrukturen und Industriestandorte sind zerstört, massenhaft Arbeitsplätze sind daher in Gefahr oder bereits verloren! Das Ausmaß der Folgen ist zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch nicht auszumalen.

<div>Der Wiederaufbau und eine Rückkehr zur „Normalität“ wird Jahre dauern. Mit den Spenden möchte ich die Menschen vor Ort bei dem Einstieg in diese Zeit unterstützen. Alle gesammelten Gelder werden an die Menschen vor Ort weitergegeben!
