Who's Saving Who? Disabled Veteran Cause

Donation protected
"Who's Saving Who?" is a Combat Disabled Veteran Owned and Operated startup company seeking Non-Profit Status. Our mission is to provide other disabled veterans with Service Dog Training and Equipment free of charge while rescuing dogs from dire situations. Who's Saving Who will pair a rescued dog with a Veteran in need of assistance physically or mentally and offer training for up to two years free of charge until and after service dog certification. As resources exist "Whos Saving Who?" will pay for any certifications necessary as well. This enables the veteran to create a strong deep bond with his canine companion that is unmatched. The question will remain who is saving who? Is the Veteran saving the dog or is the dog saving the veteran. With us, the answer is "Yes".
We have set a fundraising goal of $6,000 for "Who's saving who?". This will cover the needs for the start up and for the first 4 service dog placements.

We will be placing rescue dogs with disabled veterans free of charge. The veteran saves the dog and the dog saves the soldier. It's a win/win. Over the course of a year to two years, we will train the veteran to train his or her dog for service animal tasks. This will create a strong bond between the two and a deep understanding of each other that is not typically achieved through normal methods. Training will be conducted biweekly and the veteran will train his dog in between sessions.

"Who's Saving Who?" has placed our first service dog with a 100% service connected disabled combat veteran of the Military Police Corps. I am proud to introduce Chris Gillen and Rugger. We will be working together for several months in order to bring these two together in a forever bond helping each other overcome the past. I am very proud of Chris and the work he has done in the military providing for the freedom of our country and others. Big thanks to Daffron DogHouse for donating Rugger and for our close partnership which enables us to serve veterans in need. Also, thank you to those who have already donated.
