single mom with leukemia

Hello my name is elysa. I was diagnosed with leukemia on 5-16-14 . I am a single mom with 5 minor children raising them as best as I can, I've been working and trying to maintain my household since I was 14yrs of age. I've now have had to stop working and my income has ceased because my oncologist has stated that I cannot work for aleast 2yrs until my health is better by the Grace of God. I have to now continue my treatments and I'm without transportation because my car needs repair Im having to rely on family to get back and forth to do my daily househol duties.my bills are behind,It's really devastated my life but I feel im blessed and thankful to our Lord for bringing me this far and hopefully become healthier.any assistance would be very much appreciated, Thank you in advance.
