My sister's hurricane relief

My sister lost her home and everything in it after the devastating hurricane María struck Puerto Rico less than two week ago. She teaches at a private school and gets paid the minimum by the hour. Schools are not opening yet and the FEMA relief funds will not arrive soon nor will be sufficient for her to get back in her feet. We are happy that she is alive and healthy. Yet her and my mom have been collecting rainwater to drink and rationing their food. I am helping all I can from abroad but is not enough to bring my family to a healthy recovery. If you were hesitating to donate due to unstable reports that help for hurricane survivors is not getting to the people in need, this type of campaign is very specific and close to home.
