Andrews medical bills

My friend andrew was brutally assaulted in Minneapolis while going to have lunch at a BBQ place before a vikings game.  his injuries are pretty bad and will require extended periods of time off from work and with the lack of income I am setting this up to help him along his journey to recovery.  His first bill of many visits to the Dr came in just around 10,000. the funds being raised will help to go to help cover his costs of the bills for his medical treatment.  here is his story. He does a great service to us by running a facebook page called minneapolis scanner which keeps us in the city informed of whats going on.  here is his story from his own words.

Last Sunday I was seriously assaulted while standing outside Marquette BBQ waiting for the Vikes game to start.. A guy who apparently felt I was looking at him sitting at the bus bench across the street and decided the best way for him to deal with it was to come across the street and jump Me.

I spent two days in the hospital , was released for a couple days and went back Friday for surgery. My jaw was busted in two places with a fractured left eye socket and 16 stitches in my head. I will be out of work for a longer period of time than I expected. I am not sure how much time I will be spending on this page cause I get headaches when looking at the screen.
