Miles across Texas to Violet

Our baby baby girl Violet was born with a life threatening birth defect known as a Right sided CDH (Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia) on June 17th 2014. At less than 1 day old she had the first of many to come surgeries, due to her one developed lung had collapsed during her c section birth. Her other lung was so compressed by her liver being in her chest cavity , it had not developed as we had hoped. Despite many odds and obstacles, our awesome god watched over her and this week she will be 3 weeks old. She has currently graduated to a CPAP machine to aide in her breathing until the Pediatric surgeons and her body shows that she is no longer in need . She is currently on a feeding tube and her beautiful mother Kimberly makes a trip every weekend to see her little miracle and deliver a weeks worth of breast milk . It's a long trip but unfortunately the funds are not available for Kimberly to live in Houston and keep her home in Odessa ready for Violet to finally come home. As hard as it was Kimberly had to choose unselfishly to come back to Odessa to go back to work and to come on weekends to visit her beautiful little girl . As you can imagine this can and is expensive but a mothers love has no price . If Violet keeps progressing meeting her daily goals as she is currently she should be home by late August . I pray that you reading this will help my daughter go see her daughter if not by monetary donations by prayers help my baby continue to go see her baby until she comes home.
