Help the Kenyon family catch up

Last summer Eric's boss passed away, and he hasn't been able to find regular work since then- just bits and pieces, and we never know when or if it will be there.
This summer I had two LARGE events cancel, that made up a significant portion of the season's income. June was the slowest month for events in Penney the Clown's 20 year history! Summer is usually the time when I'm booked solid with large company picnics every weekend, and can make enough money to get through the slow season from January - May. But so far this summer bookings are at about 10% of their usual volume.
Due to Eric's lack of steady income for the past 12 months (the strength training business hasn't quite found it's legs, yet) My Penney the Clown income has had to cover 95% of the household expenses; including rent (which just went up), both phones, and all utilities. The only way to do this has been to juggle credit card payments, borrow from future paychecks, let bills go past due, and even pull $ from my IRA- with the expectation that in the summer season things would catch up.
But with the current state of "booking drought", there are no more tricks up my sleeve to cover bills. Things are going into collections, bank overdraft fees are mounting, and we even owe $1,000 to my aunt.
I have been using this "break in the action" to overhaul my business and give my websites and promotional materials a complete makeover- thanks to Barry Friedman's awesome online mentoring. Every single day I do three things to work toward my goals, and it should start paying off in a few months. Unfortunately, there's no way to keep covering bills in the interim.
With $3,000- the amount I WOULD HAVE made if those large events hadn't cancelled- we can pay off my aunt, the major bills that are overdue, and get the bank accounts back into the black.
