Our dad Steve De Caro suffered from a severe brain bleed/stroke on July 4, 2014. He is currently in the ICU, and showing positive signs of recovery. While we don't know the extent of the impact that this will have on his life, we know that he will be unable to fulfill his financial obligations for quite some time.
