Down and out

Many people have told us to do this over the last few months and I just couldn't. My pride would not allow it. Today, I don't know what else to do. It's been months since Kennie has been able to work, his unemployment has been exhausted and we have a long fight ahead of us with SS Disability. We have lost nearly half of our income and at this point we are on the verge of losing everything.
Kennie has Charcot-Marie Tooth disease. He also has diabetes, which goes hand in hand. His neuropathy coupled with the deformities caused by the disease have caused repeated wounds, infections and surgeries. The neuropathy in his hands prevents him from even opening his own bottle of water. He has lost toes, metatarsals and tendons. He currently has a PICC line and gets IV antibiotics at home three times a day. My 13 year old daughter has mastered this, and I'm so grateful for that as I really need to work..
To date, my car is up for repossession, my cell phones and tv have been shut off. We are working with the electric company to not get shut off. I make too much money to qualify for any type of public assistance, and yet I pay my rent and my truck payment and don't have enough to pay for gas and food to make it through the two weeks till next payday let alone any other bills. My oldest daughter started working, and that's fine but it's not her job to help us make ends meet. I feel like I'm drowning. This is completely embarrassing, but I don't know where else to turn.
