HELP US FIX FOXIE'S EYE SO WE CAN FIND H

This year for Christmas Foxie, a blind homeless doggie in the care of Furever Pets and No Kill Pet Rescue has asked for a special present, she would like to be able to see from one of her eyes in the hopes it will help her find a family.
Although she has lived blind for most of her life and it doesn't bother her it has stopped every family that has met her from feeling comfortable to take her home.
Foxie deserves a home as she is the most loyal, content, affectionate dog we have ever come across in all our years of working with animals. It takes meeting her to truly understand what a perfect doggie she is and all who have met her have fallen in love with her instantly.

Watching how confident and happy she is brings a smile to all our faces - it is impossible to know her and not want her to have the gift of sight from 1 eye to help her on her journey.
We hope if we are able to raise enough money to pay for her operation she can be placed in a home with an older person looking for a best friend by Christmas.
Her foster carer says she is the nicest, most easy to care for loyal dog she has ever fostered over all her years.
The operation will cost $3000.00 for 1 eye. We think that is all it will take to give her new potential family the confidence to give her a loving new furever home.
If we are lucky enough to raise more than this the extra will be place in an animal awareness fund to promote animals that are lost or abandoned.
If we raise less than this by Christmas the money will be used to continue to promote Foxie to find her a new family as she is.
Kids Activity: We invite children to hold a small fundraising activity such as a cake stall or garage sale in Foxies name. We only need 3000 people to all donate $1.00 and Foxie will see for Christmas.

Foxie’s story: Foxie was found on a lovely person’s doorstep on New Year’s Day. Luckily for her the family took her inside and tried their best to find her owner as she wasn't microchipped. Eventually she had to go to the local pound but the wonderful family contacted No Kill Pet Rescue to let us know that there was a scared blind dog at the pound who needed us and they hoped we would be able to help as they knew she is one very special girl. Will you be her happily ever after?
