Gaby Medical Bills

Gaby is a 22 year old man, who was on a Carnival Cruise, July 3, 2014 ,in Hondorus,  went on an excurision, Moped Tour, a car cut them off, hit them and he is in critical condition all alone in Hondorus.  The tour guide was killed and the car owner fled the scene. Gaby is a life long resident of Keyport, New Jersey. He has already had several surgies , he has swelling bleeding on the brain broken jaw, collasped lung and needs to get home ASAP.
Please help get him back in the USA so he can get the proper Medical Care he needs.
