Help Reunite These Siblings!

SIBLINGS SHOULD NEVER BE KEPT APART - On May 31, 2012 my 25 year old daughter died after giving birth to a beautiful little girl. My grandson Noah was so excited he was going to be a big brother, but was later devastated to find out Mommy was never coming home.  Noah & baby "Angel" are half-siblings, but he loves her 100%.  Siblings are siblings, period.  Unfortunately, my grandbaby's father has cut ties with our whole family, including Noah.  My grandson has not seen his sister since Sept 2012.  We petitioned family court for visitation in 2013 & lost because in the state of NJ, we had no rights to visitation with baby "Angel".  We have exhausted all savings & assets in these legal endeavors.  

On 07/02/14 we were advised that the NJ Family Court Appellate Division had overturned the original decision barring Noah from seeing his sister, who is now 2 years old.  That was GREAT news! Now the case will be reheard.  However, the lawyer is charging another retainer & fees to continue our efforts. We prefer to keep this attorney because he knows the case & we don't have the luxury of time to bring a new attorney up to speed on the facts of the case. Children shouldn't be punished or separated because of adult issues.  Please join our cause to reunite this brother & sister by helping us pay the attorney to try & obtain visitation!
