BNSF, the Warren Buffet-owned railroad, is trying to starve Curtis Rookaird out. He won his cases in front of OSHA. His position was further ratified by an FRA (Federal Railroad Administration) finding of wrongdoing on BNSF's part. And his federal case will be heard in May 2015. Yet
in spite of court orders to reinstate his job, BNSF refuses to do so. After four years of fighting and winning, while holding down other jobs, Curtis and his wife Kelly and their two children are about to lose their home -- they are $100,000 behind on their mortgage -- because BNSF is defying the reinstatement order.
