For several years, B-Ballers Hoop School has used fundamental basketball training and performance training to help thousands of kids gain physical strength and mental confidence.
During this time, we have been fortunate to have had temporary locations at two local high schools, as well as four new travel ball teams with not many locations for practice. As we have grown, the idea of having our own physical location has been the ultimate dream. Over the years we have noticed that having our own basketball academy will take us to another level and we won’t have to share courts with High Schools. It’s so much better with our own home so we can start our own league and a Jr. NBA Elite team and practice.
We have already secured a new 10,000 square foot facility that has a location for a large full size basketball inside court and two half courts outside. While we are financing most of this vision through our own funds, we are looking to raise some capital to be sure that when we launch and be successful by having enough funds. The B Ballers Hoop School Academy will be the only basketball academy in the Long Beach area that will have a Jr. NBA team sponsored by the NBA.
Although B- Ballers Hoop School has a proven success model, we are wanting to re-brand and build the basketball academy for the Fall of 2020. We not only want to have a great physical location loaded with cutting edge tech, but we also wish to revamp our systems to be clean and streamlined. This is going to take a lot of time, some extended education, and extra money.
The support and buzz around town since our announcement has been extremely humbling. In short, we are extremely excited that our community is extremely excited! The new academy facility will no doubt service hundreds of players for years to come. The bottom line is that we have, do and will, have an impact on our youth. We truly appreciate the support of our friends, family, and the believers of B Ballers and Little Ballers Hoop School.
