Compassionate Care Treatment

Most of you already know that Victoria was diagnosed with Synovial Cell Sarcoma 3 years ago. She has had chemotherapy for a year, 23 rounds of radiation, and the cancer still has managed to spread to her lungs. She has had 3 lung wedge biopsies, and oral chemotherapy, and the tumors continue to grow.  We recently went to Memorial Sloane Kettering in NY to see what her options were there, and she does not qualify for the treatment.  The oncologists  wants to do a total lung irradiation, but I am not comfortable with that.  There is a therapy that has proven to be helpful, but is not covered by her insurance. This therapy is ~$1500. She needs to have this therapy, before we can even consider radiation, or surgery again. Come on guys, I know that we can do this. Thanks in advance!!!!
