Grandparents, who are the paternal parents of 3 biological grandchildren, had the children removed from their care 6.5 years ago, and $180,000.00 + of legal fees, trying to get access rights and to obtain guardianship.
At the time, the Director of CFSA said that "we already have evidence, don't care who did what, let's remove the children now and we'll sort it out later on". The CFSA promised the grandparents would get guardianship as next of kin but refused, instead, split the children in foster care.
The 3 children lived in foster care and now have been put into an incentivized "forced adoption" by a family from a different religious and cultural heritage.
The paternal grandparents have continued all this time to try having contact and access privileges, with the support of persons of interest, for a chance to meet and introduce themselves to the adopted parents. They are caring and loving grandparents and their intentions are honorable. They just want to be part of the family as the children, ages 13, 11 and 7 are growing up.
Currently, the paternal grandparents are fighting unjust harassment charges, and need funds to have access/contact, to proceed with the upcoming court dates.
