John Carmine Leo-Medical Fund

John Leo, a senior and varsity lacrosse player at St. John the Baptist High School, was heading to Robert Moses Beach with two friends on May 18th, when he was unexpectedly hit from behind by another vehicle. This caused his pick up truck to lose control and flip.

He sustained many internal injuries and underwent two major surgeries, and may possibly need another. He was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital and is currently in the Intensive Care Unit.

John's road ahead is long, and will be very expensive. Supporting John with whatever you can give to help relieve the financial burden would be greatly appreciated. With financial assistance, John and his family can focus on getting him healthy and strong.
