Azalyiah Rayelle medical expenses

My sister Valerie had her baby Azayliah Rayelle on Nov 9, she was born almost 2 months early and weighed only 3 pounds 8 oz. Nov 13 she was transported to the children’s hospital to see a specialist in San Francisco. Her heart defect was more sever then they thought it was; she has a hole in her heart plus a blockage &  needs do the surgery as soon as possible. No doctor on Southern California wanted to touch her with her being so little. My sister will have to stay in SF for a while so we are asking for help to assist with her stay there as well as medical bills. Any helps. Thank you.
