Funeral Expenses

My name is Mario Butterfield. My father Winston Butterfield passed away on July 1, 2014. He had been fighting cancer and other unknown complications. On Saturday June 28th (2 days before he passed away), I recieved a call from my mother in Detroit, telling me how happy she was to see my dad in good spirits, and finally eating something. That call made me sooo happy, he had been going with out eating for a pretty long time, due to whatever the "unknown" complication was, so you could imagine how happy I was. The very next day, Sunday June 29th, I got other news that he wasn't doing well at all. I immediately booked a trip for the morning of Monday June 30th to come be with him, with thoughts of me just going to Detroit to be with him while he recovers... I had no idea that I would be going there to spend only one more day with him, while he was non responsive, and that he would be leaving me that same night. This is a very unexpected and unfortunate time in me and my families life. We had no idea that he would be leaving this soon, with that being said, we were are all unprepaired to handle the financial tasks at hand, and wanted to see him off proper. We raised enough to cover the needs to send him off. This outlet for donations will remain open, as there are still a lot of other bills that we are left to figure out. Thank you everybody.
