<div>El pasado domingo 10 de mayo, lo que debía ser un viaje lleno de amor y celebración para el Día de las Madres se convirtió en la peor tragedia que nuestra familia ha vivido.

<div>Eduardo, su esposa Thalía y sus dos pequeños hijos, Itzayana y Yago, viajaron desde Puebla hasta Cancún para pasar unos días en familia. Era un momento especial para ellos: descansar, disfrutar juntos y crear recuerdos felices junto al mar.

<div>Ese día, estaban tranquilamente en la playa jugando en familia y después decidieron sentarse en un restaurante para ir a comer. Mientras esperaban, Itzayana, de tan solo 5 años, quiso regresar un momento al mar para seguir jugando. Eduardo, como el padre amoroso, protector y consentidor que siempre fue, se levantó para acompañarla.

<div>Minutos después, la tranquilidad se convirtió en desesperación.

<div>Lo siguiente que la familia vio fue a personas corriendo para auxiliarlos. Cuando llegaron hasta ellos, encontraron a Eduardo tendido en la arena mientras un huésped del hotel, que era doctor, intentaba reanimarlo. A un lado estaba la pequeña Itzayana, inconsciente. La ambulancia llegó y ambos fueron trasladados al hospital.

<div>Desafortunadamente, Eduardo no logró sobrevivir. Falleció antes de llegar al hospital.
</div>

<div>Hoy, mientras nuestra familia intenta procesar un dolor imposible de describir, Itzayana continúa luchando por su vida en terapia intensiva en Cancún, mientras su mamá, Thalía, permanece a su lado enfrentando el momento más difícil de su vida.

<div>Además de esta devastadora pérdida, su pequeño hijo Yago, de apenas 2 años, también ha quedado sin su papá.
</div>
<div>Eduardo era un hombre trabajador, un esposo amoroso y un padre completamente dedicado a sus hijos. Quienes lo conocieron saben el enorme corazón que tenía y cuánto amaba a su familia. Siempre estaba para ellos, cuidándolos, jugando con ellos y haciendo todo lo posible por darles una vida llena de amor.

<div>Además del dolor emocional, nuestra familia enfrenta ahora una situación extremadamente difícil. Toda la familia de Eduardo y Thalía vive en Puebla, y el traslado de Eduardo desde Cancún implica gastos muy elevados, trámites urgentes y costos inesperados que jamás imaginamos enfrentar.

<div>Al mismo tiempo, la situación médica de Itzayana sigue siendo delicada. Debido a su estado crítico, los doctores no permiten trasladarla a Puebla, ya que la distancia entre Cancún y Puebla representa un riesgo demasiado grande para ella en este momento.

<div>Esto significa que parte de la familia debe permanecer en Cancún acompañando a Thalía e Itzayana mientras enfrentan:

</div>

<div>On Sunday, May 10th, our family’s lives changed forever.
</div>
<div>Eduardo, his wife Thalía, and their two young children, Itzayana and Yago, traveled from Puebla to Cancún to celebrate Mother’s Day together as a family. What was meant to be a joyful trip quickly turned into an unimaginable tragedy.
</div>

<div>While spending time at the beach, little Itzayana, only 6 years old, asked her father if they could go back into the water to play one more time before lunch. Eduardo, the loving and devoted father he always was, immediately took her.
</div>

</div>
<div>Moments later, everything changed.
</div>

</div>
<div>People suddenly began running toward the beach trying to help them. When the family reached them, they found Eduardo lying unconscious on the sand while a hotel guest who was a doctor desperately tried to revive him. Nearby was little Itzayana, also unconscious.

<div>Both were rushed to the hospital by ambulance.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Tragically, Eduardo did not survive.
</div>

</div>
<div>Now, while the family mourns the devastating loss of a husband and father, little Itzayana is fighting for her life.
</div>

</div>
<div>Her condition is extremely critical.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At this moment, doctors in Cancún have informed the family that they do not have the specialized medical resources and equipment necessary to continue giving Itzayana the level of care she urgently needs.
</div>

<div>She must be transferred to Puebla immediately in a specialized medical helicopter equipped for critical care transport.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This transfer is not optional. It is life or death.
</div>

<div>The costs associated with emergency air medical transportation, intensive care, hospitalization, lodging for the family, emergency travel, and all related medical expenses are overwhelming and far beyond what the family can manage alone.

<div>Meanwhile, Thalía remains beside her daughter day and night while also grieving the sudden loss of her husband. Their youngest son, Yago, only 2 years old, is now facing life without his father as well.

<div>Eduardo was a loving husband, an incredible father, and a hardworking man who lived for his family. Anyone who knew him knows how deeply he loved his children.
