<div>El Domingo por la mañana, Layla fue atropellada afuera de mi calle. Un vecino que circulaba en su automóvil no se percató de su presencia y el vehículo pasó por encima de ella, provocándole una lesión grave en la cadera. Layla quedó aplastada por unos segundos, lo que le causó un daño severo y mucho dolor.

<div>Desde ese mismo día, Layla fue llevada de urgencia al veterinario y ha tenido que ser internada en dos ocasiones debido a la gravedad de sus lesiones. Los estudios confirmaron que necesita una cirugía de cadera urgente para poder volver a caminar y no vivir con dolor.

<div>Hasta ahora he cubierto los gastos de hospitalización, estudios y medicamentos, y aunque no me duele gastar cada peso en ella, el costo total de la cirugía es de $18,000 pesos, una cantidad que en este momento rebasa mis posibilidades económicas.

<div>He intentado llegar a un acuerdo con la persona involucrada, pero lamentablemente se ha negado a asumir responsabilidad. Por ello, hoy recurro a la solidaridad de quienes puedan ayudarnos.
