<div>La urotomografía realizada ha evidenciado la presencia de litiasis coraliforme obstructiva en el riñón izquierdo, con hidronefrosis grado 3, e Hidonefrosis grado 3 derecha por múltiples cálculos ureterales derecho lo que implica una dilatación significativa del sistema colector renal debido a la obstrucción. Esto puede llevar a complicaciones graves si no me realizan una cirugía urgente para solucionar la obstrucción, la cual es de alto costo y es el único tratamiento viable para solucionar mi problema y no caer en complicaciones más graves. Cualquier contribución será de gran ayuda para cubrir los gastos de la cirugía. Agradezco a todos los que de una u otra manera se solidarizan con mi patología.
